Hello Leena,

There are many things you need to consider for improving the loading speed of your website.

1. Choose a web host which server respond time is quick.
2. Don't upload heavy images on your site. If you use a lot of images then you can make use of some tools such as https://kraken.io/web-interface to cut extra bytes from images to make them lighter, then upload on your website.
If you use Wordpress, you can install WP Smush plugin that reduces image size when you upload them.

3. Minify your JS and CSS codes. If you use Wordpress, there are plugins to do these.

4. Try using CDN

5. Enable compression of files on the server.

These are some tips that help you improve the loading speed of your site.

You should always check with Google's page speed tool => https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ to see where the issues coming as it offers suggestions for improvement in loading speed.

Hope this helps!
