Hello Swadhin,

Can you please be a little specific about the problem?

Moreover, if you are moving domain from one registrar to other, you don't need to anything.

If you are talking about redirect a domain to other, you should always use 301 permanent redirect. There are plugins available if you use Wordpress, to redirect domains and even URLs.

you can also try redirection using .htaccess file.

It is said that 301 permanent redirect saves the link juice where 302 temporary redirect doesn't pass the link juice. But, I believe even if you redirect with 301, a little bit of link juice is wasted. However, 301 is better than 302.
